Generation Impact is a movement of youth and young adults that have dedicated the "best of their strength" to advance the Kingdom of God in every arena. We are the Youth and Young Adult Ministry of Kingdom Covenant Ministries (KCM). Our Apostle and founder of KCM is Dr. Pat Francis, who covers us and provides prophetic direction.
Locally we meet every Friday night for a power filled service that consist of high praises and the extravagant worship of our King, Jesus Christ, worship arts, heavenly motivated preaching and ministry time. We are raising up Impact groups in schools, workplaces, homes locally, regionally and nationally.
Regionally we come together with churches from all over the GTA for special "Dunamis" services bi-monthly at KCM and other host locations. These services are not about our local ministry, but about building the kingdom, unifying the body in worship, and empowering youth, and youth ministers.
Nationally/Internationally we host our annual DUNAMIS Youth & Young Adult Conference in July. These conferences are about bringing the power of God to this generation through worship, miracles and word, networking young believers and youth/young adult ministers together to grow greater quicker, connecting worship leaders, and empowering kingdom youth.
Our Philosophy is simple; (EDM) Empower, Deploy and Multiply. (Rev 11:15) We believe in EDM for young people into society and not just Churches and mission fields. Every system, society and arena needs to experience the power of God and needs Godly leadership. We are kings and priests (1 Peter 2:9); we are to have influence and rule in the schools, workplace and Church.
Mark 16:15 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation."
Empower - the whole being, spirit, soul (mind, will and emotions), body.
Be transformed by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2).
Deploy - young people into destiny, their assignment in the church and their assignment in the marketplace (profession) schools and workplace (Mark 16:15).
Multiply - growth is a natural process of life, and is expected. (1 Cor 4:20)
The Kingdom is not found in talk but in power. We expect spoils from the battle and results from our efforts. We will increase in number, grow in favor with God and man, and gather the harvest of people (Matt 28:19).
